Most online valuations give you one number and no reasons. Ours will give you a range, show the nearby sales it's based on, and tell you how confident it is.
- Official sold prices. HM Land Registry records of what homes near you actually sold for.
- Like for like. Sales matched to energy certificate data, so a two-bed flat is compared with flats of a similar size, not detached houses.
- Brought up to date. Older sales adjusted with the official UK House Price Index for your area.
- A range, not a guess. A low, likely and high figure, a confidence rating, and the comparable sales listed so you can judge for yourself.
